GET IN TOUCH - First step is to organise a date for us to come to your Nursery. Soon as you know the date of your Photoshoot you will be able to prepare the outfits for the day and how you'd like their hair.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO WE NEED? Just 3x3 meters roughly, most set us up in a room or an area where there is a gate so that we can organise the children to come in around 5 kids at a time.
EMAIL THE PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Soon as a date is set, you need to let the parents aware we are coming and they can inform you if they would like their child photographed. If their child isn't in Nursery that particular date, they can organise for them to come and pop at the end of the day once all the children have been photographed.
CLOTHES
Most parents send a spare outfit for the child to change into, this is something your nursery will discuss if they have the staff to do so. Our sessions start at 9am, we may be able to edit any food stains or dribbles. This enables us to get clean lovely looking images. If you want to match the backdrop colour just get in touch with your Nursery to find out what the photography will be using on the day of your Photoshoot.
HAIR
If your child has lovely long locks or you prefer your Childs hair with gel, just let the staff know and we can do our best so they are looking smart for their images.
ACCESSORIES
If your child wears glasses, just let the staff know if you have a preference for them with or without on your images, we will try our best but please remember there is usually a large turnover of children to get through so the small details may get missed.
SHOES If you happen to have shoes to match similar to your outfit, this works best for images but if they have chunky trainers on, we may take these off for the Photoshoot if your child is happy for us to do so, we always have a staff member on hand to make sure your child is comfortable.
Other than that, don't worry! We have 9 years experience in Photographing Children so you can relax and put trust in us to do a great job.
